This is actually my second guitar and music related blog. The original blog is simply called Guitar Licks. It’s on my wife’s domain so we thought that as my blog got older it would be nice for it to have it’s own domain and that’s how Guitar Licks and Tips started. Eventually I’ll probably shut down the other site, but for now I’ll keep the first one going until this one starts to become a little better known.

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 9 years of age, and althought I am not a professional musician I still play quite often.

I’ve written this blog to share my enjoyment of music, the guitar and other instruments and I hope that I can offer information that might be useful to others who are interested in playing the guitar.

This blog will eventually have guitar licks, and tabs for many songs, and if I can work it out properly I hope to also provide a weekly or at least monthly video guitar lesson.
